Simple, Clear Terms for Your Flyer Orders. No Surprises.

1. Agreement

By using Cheap Flyer Printing or placing a flyer order, you agree to these terms. These terms cover the relationship between you and Cheap Flyer Printing, the company that operates Cheap Flyer Printing, located at 30 North Gould Street, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801.

2. Our Services

Cheap Flyer Printing specializes in flyer printing for events, promotions, and businesses. We also print related products like postcards, rack cards, and door hangers. All orders are custom-printed to your specifications after you approve a digital proof.

We may decline orders containing content we determine to be unlawful, defamatory, or infringing on others' rights.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are in US dollars and displayed on each product page. What you see is what you pay for printing — shipping is calculated at checkout. Payment is required at order placement via credit or debit card.

Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders are honored at the price shown at checkout. Sales tax is applied where required based on your delivery address.

4. Your Flyer Artwork

You provide the flyer design; we print it. Files should be PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, or high-resolution JPG/PNG at 300 DPI in CMYK color mode. Include 0.125-inch bleed when your design runs to the edge. Outline or embed all fonts.

We check every file for technical issues — resolution, bleed, color mode — at no charge. We do not proofread text for accuracy. Full specifications are on our File Guidelines page.

5. Proof Approval

Before printing, you receive a digital proof to review. Approving the proof means you have verified the content and accept responsibility for any errors, including wrong dates, misspelled venue names, and incorrect phone numbers.

Color on screen is an approximation of the final printed result. We calibrate for accuracy but cannot guarantee exact monitor-to-print matching. Production begins immediately after you approve.

6. Production and Delivery

Standard production is 5 to 7 business days after proof approval. Rush production is 2 to 3 business days. Shipping time is in addition to production time.

We ship to all 50 US states. Local pickup is available in the Chicago area. We are not responsible for carrier delays. Risk of loss passes to you at carrier pickup.

7. Returns

Flyers are custom-printed and cannot be returned for change of mind. Our quality guarantee covers production defects on our end. Report issues within 7 days of delivery. Full details on our Returns page.

8. Intellectual Property and Ownership Warranty

By uploading any file, image, design, logo, text, or other material, you represent and warrant that you own it OR have all necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to print and reproduce it as part of your order. This warranty applies to every element of every flyer design — images, logos, fonts, slogans, and any third-party content. Your files remain your property; we use them only to print your order.

9. Right to Refuse Production

Cheap Flyer Printing reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to print, hold, or cancel any order if the uploaded material appears to infringe a third party's rights, violates applicable law, or contains content we deem unacceptable. No explanation is required. Orders refused for these reasons receive a full refund.

10. No Obligation to Pre-Screen or Verify

Cheap Flyer Printing does not pre-screen uploaded materials and has no obligation to verify ownership, licensing, or third-party authorization before producing your order. The customer is solely responsible for the legality of the materials they upload.

11. Copyright Takedown Procedure

If you believe material printed by Cheap Flyer Printing infringes your copyright, send a written notice to support@cheapflyerprinting.com that includes: (i) your contact information; (ii) identification of the copyrighted work; (iii) identification of the allegedly infringing material and the relevant order number; (iv) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the rights holder; and (v) your physical or electronic signature. We investigate promptly and act in good faith.

12. Counter-Notice

If your order was refused or canceled and you believe this was an error, you may submit a written counter-notice to support@cheapflyerprinting.com with documentation of your rights — for example, a copyright registration, a written license, or a signed release. We review counter-notices in good faith and resume production where the documentation supports the customer's rights.

13. Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of your flyer order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including missed events, lost business opportunities, or costs of reprinting elsewhere.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cheap Flyer Printing, its officers, employees, vendors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your uploaded materials; (b) any claim that your materials infringe a third party's intellectual property, publicity, privacy, or other rights; or (c) your violation of these Terms.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes are posted here with a new date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

16. Governing Law

Wyoming law governs these terms. Disputes are resolved in Wyoming courts.
