Getting Your Flyers to You
Once your flyer order is printed and quality-checked, it ships directly to your door with full tracking. We pack flyers carefully — shrink-wrapped in manageable bundles and boxed in sturdy corrugated containers so they arrive flat, clean, and ready to distribute.
Free ground shipping is available on qualifying orders shipped within the continental United States. For orders that do not meet the threshold, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination — no markup, no hidden handling fees.
Production Time + Shipping Time = Your Delivery Date
Here is a practical breakdown of how timing works. Production time is how long we need to print your flyers after you approve your proof. Shipping time is how long the carrier takes to deliver the finished package.
Standard production runs 5 to 7 business days. Need flyers for an upcoming event? Rush production brings that down to 2 to 3 business days. Then add shipping transit: ground is 3 to 5 days, 2-day and overnight options are available at checkout.
Planning a community event, open house, or grand opening? Work backwards from your event date to figure out which production and shipping combo works for your timeline. Approving your proof quickly is the best way to speed things up.
Pick Up Your Flyers Locally
If you are in the Chicago metro area, skip the shipping entirely. We have three convenient pickup points where you can collect your flyer order once it is ready.
Our Schaumburg, IL location is the primary pickup point with extended hours — great if you are in the northwest suburbs. We also have Chicago pickup points on Cottage Grove Avenue and Western Avenue. Just select pickup during checkout and we will email you when your order is ready.
Pickup is ideal when you need a large quantity of flyers and want to save on shipping costs. Plus, you get to inspect your order on the spot.
Where We Ship
We deliver flyers to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Deliveries outside the continental US may have different transit times and shipping rates. International shipping is not currently available.
For large flyer orders (5,000+ pieces), the package can be heavy. Ground shipping handles this without issue, but if you need expedited delivery on a big order, select 2-day or overnight at checkout and we will get it there.
How We Package Your Flyers
Flyers are shrink-wrapped in bundles — typically 500 per bundle — and placed in double-walled corrugated boxes. This keeps them flat, protected from moisture, and easy to unpack when you are ready to distribute.
We do not charge packaging fees. Whether your order is 250 flyers or 25,000, protective packaging is included. If a large order needs multiple boxes, we split it automatically at no extra charge.
Tracking Your Flyer Order
Every shipment includes a tracking number emailed to you when the carrier picks up your package. You can also check tracking in your account dashboard.
If your package shows delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 48 hours. We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment or arrange a replacement. Double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order — we cannot be responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses.
