When you order flyers from us, you expect them to look sharp, feel right, and be ready for distribution. We take that seriously. Every flyer order goes through quality checks during the press run, but sometimes issues slip through.

If your flyers arrive with a printing defect or quality problem that we caused, we will reprint your order or issue a refund — no charge, no drama. We are a flyer specialist, and our reputation depends on getting it right.

What Is Covered

Our guarantee covers print quality issues: smudging, streaking, misalignment, inconsistent color, or any visible defect in the printing itself. It covers material errors — if you ordered glossy flyers and received matte, or if the paper weight is wrong. Quantity shortages are covered — if your count is off, we make up the difference.

Shipping damage is covered too. If the carrier bent, crushed, or water-damaged your flyers during transit, contact us and we replace the order at no cost. Color deviation from your approved proof is covered when the shift is beyond standard industry tolerances.

What Is Not Covered

Flyers are custom-printed from your artwork, and we print exactly what you approve. Typos, wrong dates, incorrect phone numbers, and design errors in your file are not production defects — they are artwork issues, and they are not eligible for a free reprint.

Minor color variation between your screen and the printed flyer is normal in offset printing. Monitors display RGB light; printers use CMYK ink on paper. We calibrate carefully, but a slight difference is expected. Orders reported after 30 days, change-of-mind requests after production, and deliveries to incorrect addresses are also not covered.

How to Report an Issue

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your flyer order. Send your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos showing the issue. Our team reviews every claim within 1 to 2 business days.

For flyers damaged in shipping, report within 48 hours and keep the packaging. Carriers may need to inspect it. We handle the carrier claim and replace your flyers at no cost to you.

Resolution Options

When your claim is approved, you pick the resolution. We can reprint your flyers with priority production and ship the replacement free. We can issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Or we can apply store credit to your account, available immediately for your next order.

Most flyer reprints ship within 3 to 4 business days. If your event is coming up and timing is tight, let us know and we will prioritize accordingly.

Review Your Proof Carefully

We send you a digital proof before printing. This is your chance to check everything — the text, the images, the layout, the event date, the venue address. Once you approve, production starts. We cannot stop a press run after approval without additional cost.

Our free file review catches technical issues like low resolution and missing bleed. But the content is yours — we do not check whether your event date is correct or your phone number is right. Take a few minutes with the proof. Share it with a colleague. It is worth it.
